Verify your national grid account type. The program is only available to “Res. Heating” customers.

If you are a “Res. Non-Heat” customer living in a multi-family house, you can reach out to national grid at 1-800-642-4272 to determine if your house may be eligible under another account.

Enter your email address under “Customers”
Your email doesn’t have to be the same as your national grid account

Step 5:

Enter zip code

Step 6:

Enter your home type & your national grid account number

Step 7:

Select Yes for “Are you working with a Partner”

and Under “Select your partner” select Top Insulation NY

Step 8:

Complete the form, when you reach the section with the check details, enter your own information. Once the insulation is installed in your home you will be able to assign the rebate to your partner directly leaving you with no out-of-pocket expenses & a cozy home!
